These payments are to top up statutory payments- they won’t be paid in addition.

During paid parental leave, you’ll be paid your salary outlined above. You’ll also get any benefits and you’ll still accrue annual leave during the time you’re off.

This applies to all permanent members of the team (provided you have worked for the company for at least 1 day at the estimated time of conception / adoption placement, and as long as you aren't on notice), no matter how many hours you work.
