These payments are to top up statutory payments- they won’t be paid in addition.

For more details on Statutory payments please see appendix 1.

• Primary Caregivers: 16 weeks full pay within the first year following birth/adoptive placement.
• Secondary Caregivers: 8 weeks full pay within the first year following birth/adoptive placement.

During paid parental leave, you’ll be paid your salary outlined above. You’ll also get any benefits and you’ll still accrue annual leave during the time you’re off.
