<aside> 👉 Our goal is always to create the best working environment, that supports our incredible team and allows them to perform at their very best.

Sometimes that means in-person face-time and collaboration; sometimes, it means no distractions, and remote deep work; and sometimes it is just working in a way that makes our lives easier.

A hybrid working model helps us to gear what the company needs from us at any one time. As a general rule, we believe in the whole team being consistent and working in or out of the office on set days.

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are in-office days.

These are our collaboration-heavy days with kick-offs, crits, brainstorms, All Hands, and everything in between.

Wednesday & Friday are optional WFH days.

On Wednesdays, we actively avoid internal meetings to allow for concentration and deep work. These remote days are valuable for our productivity and wellbeing. Too much dirty laundry and life admin is a health risk after all… 🙃

You can still work from the office if you do not have a comfortable place to work from home - the office is available to you 24/7.

Remote working

We want to ensure we aren't limiting our Mojitos talent. To attract the best of the best, we sometimes enable our team to work from other countries. If you are within a ±/- 2 hour time zone difference from London, UK, we can offer fully remote roles.

Exceptions that make the rule

  1. There are times of the year when we will break from this mould as part of our I’m a Mojitos get me out of here policy. For a fortnight in February and August, we like to embrace a sense of adventure. And around the holiday season at the end of the year, we like to give the team the chance to work remotely and spend time with their loved ones.

  2. Excessive commuting takes its toll. If team members live more than 90 minutes from the office, they can work an additional day a week from home. The specifics of which day are to be agreed with their manager. We think it is in the company's interest and our colleague's interest that they do not spend such a significant portion of their day commuting.
