We believe that working together in the office a number of days per week enables collaboration, innovation and creates a tight-knit team with a great culture, capable of building a category-defining product.

We also believe we can have the best of both worlds by creating a kick-ass policy that promotes adventure, flexibility, diversity, family time and mental wellbeing. So, here it is.

Each year Mojo will work remotely for three periods of the year.

1. In Feb/March because London/NY in the winter is enough to crush anyones soul.
2. In August because we like making the most of summer, wherever we are
3. In December to give the team valuable time with their families and reflect on the year
