We believe that working together in the office a number of days per week enables collaboration, innovation and creates a tight-knit team with a great culture, capable of building a category-defining product.

Each year Mojo will work remotely for three periods of the year.

  1. In Feb/March because London/NY in the winter is enough to crush anyones soul.
  2. In August because we like making the most of summer, wherever we are
  3. In December to give the team valuable time with their families and reflect on the year
