While it should be a rarity rather than the norm, we want to ensure that our COps team and everyone covering COps feels supported and confident to manage such behaviors swiftly but fairly.

We also want to draw clear lines in other areas where Mojitos interact with our members, whether in User Research, the Mojo Community, or anywhere else.

<aside> 🤝 Our commitment: We are confident to speak up about inappropriate member behavior. We aim to create a psychologically safe environment that enables Mojitos to open up about such behaviors and call them out.

What behaviors are considered inappropriate or reportable?

We all have different opinions on what is inappropriate, alongside differing levels of tolerance and triggers. However, it’s essential that we establish appropriate supports for Mojitos who experience such behaviors and maintain a level of consistency when dealing with our members.

Unfortunately, in Mojo’s lifespan, we’ve seen examples of members behaving in unacceptable ways towards Mojo staff 😮‍💨

This section is to set some baseline to help Mojitos identify this type of behavior, so that we can feel confident to act accordingly.
