The employee referral program applies to all permanent employees.
How does it work?
Mojo will give a £1000 bonus to you, if someone you have recommended from your network is hired for any position. In addition to a bonus to you, we’ll also donate £500 to a ‘Mojo charity’ or a charity of your choice mutually agreed with Mojo.
General rules
- Referral bonuses will be paid out on the payroll following your referee’s fourth month at Mojo
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make
- If more than one employee refers the same candidate, we will pay the person who referred the candidate first
- Referrals need to be made by email to one of the Founders
- Anyone making a referral must omit themselves from the interview process
- You can not refer someone who used to work at the company
- The referee needs to be hired into a permanent contract - this does not apply to contractors
