Mojitos are encouraged to take time off as needed to recharge and be able to perform at their best. We believe that regular breaks contribute to our team’s wellbeing and overall productivity. To ensure a healthy balance, Mojitos should take a minimum of 5 days off per quarter.

Communication and Coordination:

While our team has the freedom to book their holiday with no approval process needed for vacation <1 week, everyone is expected to do what is right for the business and inform their managers and team members in advance with fair warning. This ensures proper coordination of workloads and projects. As a small team, vacation longer than a week needs more discussion, planning and approval. We trust our team to manage their time responsibly.
