We’re building a generational product using breakthrough technology to change how society invests in relationships. That kind of ambition takes deep focus, close collaboration, and high trust—going through the motions 9-to-5 won’t cut it.
We don’t track hours. We track impact. Every teammate holds meaningful equity. Every teammate is an owner - and we ask you to act like it. To keep this intensity healthy, fun, and sustainable, we’ve built our working culture on three principles:
Life is messy. We hire adults who can prioritise life AND do the best work of their careers. We make it easy for them with flexible start and finish times. Family & health first. If dropping the kids off at school, ****nursery pickups, therapy, medical appointments, haircuts, going to the dentist, sports clubs mean you are in after 09:00 or leaving before 17:00—handle them guilt‑free and dive back in when you can. You’ll often see: “heading out now for an appointment but will be back online when home.”
We understand and empower the team to ‘design their flow’. Balance working in a way that gets the most out of you and serves the rest of the team! Healthy humans build better product.
We ask the team to ask a lot of each other. Don’t hold back on early pings, late fixes, weekend pushes. We encourage you to make the ask, but don’t assume. Need a meeting at 21:00 LDN or 07:00 NYC? Explain why, express appreciation up‑front and offer an async alternative if you can.
Shout about peoples heroic efforts going above and beyond in the #appreciation channel and make sure they get recognition. And more than anything, pay it back in kind. Go the extra mile for them.
High tempo and intensity only works when we communicate well. Constantly broadcast your bandwidth. Be brave enough to say: “This is too much. I need help”. No shame. No martyrdom please. This is a high support culture. Flag it early and your team will redistribute tasks before the wheels wobble.
Keep your calendar up to date and respect others calendars. The very best people know when they are most effective and will block out time for deep work. Do this!
Our ultimate goal is to create a culture where people love their job and are excited about the work they are doing each day. And we hope these principles energise and empower you to do the best work of your career.
