At Mojo, we’re a global team. Most of us are in London, with others in mainland Europe and New York. We balance flexibility with the need for collaboration. This helps us build team culture, foster creativity, and manage the long hours of an early-stage business.
Our core hours are 10:00 to 17:00 local time. This is when everyone should be available for meetings and teamwork. These hours are not your full working day. Think of them as the overlap where we come together as a team.
We know that a rigid schedule doesn’t suit everyone, so outside core hours, you can adapt your working day to fit your needs:
However, please note that we are an ambitious and high-performing team, and while core hours form the collaborative heart of our day, most team members will work well beyond this window. Expect to put in the hours needed to drive the business forward while balancing your personal flexibility.
Our US teammates shift their working hours earlier and we have a shared meeting window from 08:00 NYC (13:00 UK) to 12:00 NYC (17:00 UK). We put all company-wide ceremonies in this window, but if you can’t attend live, these are recorded for you to catch up.
