Childcare is, as you will know, very expensive and for some parents, monthly childcare costs can be more than the cost of a mortgage or rent.
You may be using Tax Free Childcare to help pay towards the fees at a nursery setting but this is not available to all parents, depending on salary levels.
We are keen to help our working parents with the cost of childcare. We would like to offer all employees access to a new benefit called the Workplace nursery benefit. This benefit enables parents who use a nursery for the care of their children up to the age of 5, to have the entire nursery fees paid each month by Mojo, direct to the nursery. Your monthly nursery fees, including the cost to use the benefit, are then recouped back from monthly gross salary. This means you save Tax and NI on the full amount of your fees and not just the value of Tax Free Childcare.
If you would like to find out how much you can save, please create an account with Enjoy Benefits using Mojo access key provided (Insert access key code here: H1B1Z4G). If you have any problems creating an account you can call Enjoy Benefits on 0800 088 7315

How does it work?
Workplace Nursery is a Partnership between Mojo and a nursery which can deliver
significant savings off your nursery fees.
How will it benefit me and my family?
The workplace nursery benefit allows you to save tax and National Insurance on the full cost of your nursery fees each month. The amount you can save is not capped, as it is with the TaxFree Childcare or Childcare Voucher benefit. For parents using a nursery for the care of their child and who pay more than £650 a month, the workplace nursery benefit delivers considerably better savings.
How does this compare with Tax Free Childcare (TFC)?
With TFC, based on paying £1300 per month in nursery fees, you can save up to £2000 per child over 12 months. With the Workplace Nursery Benefit as a basic rate tax payer, you save £3825 over 12 months in comparison. This saving may be subject to change due to payroll amends and attachments to earnings.
The other advantages are that:
