At Mojo, we believe in the power of balance. Face-to-face time helps us build a strong culture and strengthens our relationships. Being together also boosts creativity and sparks innovation. On the other hand, working from home increases productivity and allows us to focus without interruptions. Combining both is key to our success.
For some select roles we are open to offering remote contracts. These will be for specific positions and will always be within +/- 2 hours time difference of our London or New York office.
We recognize there are times when working from home outside of our core schedule is necessary. However, we want to ensure these arrangements align with the needs of the team and the business.

We ask you to manage personal commitments during our regular work-from-home days: Wednesday and Friday. These are built into our hybrid model to provide flexibility for these kinds of tasks.
We value the energy and creativity that come from being together in person. Being in the office helps us collaborate, solve problems, and develop ideas faster. It also builds stronger connections between team members, which is crucial for our culture. That’s why we ask everyone to prioritize in-office days.
There are times of the year when we will break from this mould as part of our I’m a Mojitos get me out of here policy. For a fortnight in February, August, and December we go full remote to allow Mojitos to enjoy the benefits of a more flexible working schedule.
