This employee handbook is designed to help Mojitos and prospective Mojitos know the perks, policies and culture we have at Mojo. It will fill in the blanks not covered in the employment contract (or elsewhere). But if anything is not clear, just ask you manager or ask Angus directly.
This is a living document and we will make changes to it from time to time. This is because everyone in the team helps to shape the company and culture over time. If we do make changes, we will let you know via Slack.
